This is the second time we have been blessed to have Kevin help us through the selling of our home. He takes a very stressful, overwhelming situation of selling and makes it go smoothly. He is always looking out for our interests and navigating behind the scenes to make sure all that we need is handled. I cannot imagine how hard he works. Both times we have sold with him - our house has sold so quickly. We are beyond grateful for his knowledge, professionalism, and care.
